If you have accepted that Allah Alone acts, and you believe that His Knowledge, His Power and His Mercy are perfect, and you are convinced that there is no power, knowledge or compassion beyond His, then inevitably your heart will completely surrender to Him Alone. In this case, you will never turn your attention to anyone other than Him.

You should also be satisfied with whatever Allah prescribes afterward. So if someone steals, you should not say to yourself: "If I had been more careful, I would not have been robbed." Complaining about what happens indicates that one is moving away from trust in Allah.
